Shipment processing time. Please note that processing time (1-3 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 1-3 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & Delivery estimates. All products can be shipped for free. We have different shipping options to choose from: Standard Shipping (Free), Insured Shipping & Handling, VIP-Priority Insured Shipping & Handling. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

7-12 Business Days: UK & EU. 7-15 Business Days: US. 10-15 Business Days: South America, Asia, Africa, Australia & New Zealand. Please note that delivery times may vary.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes www.heartypetbox.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or return to sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. We will allow one free resend if the package was returned to sender however, if it gets sent back to us the second time, we will retain the shipping fee incurred. For a 3rd attempt, an invoice will be sent with the shipping price. (Applies to international and domestic orders).

Damages. If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at service@heartypetbox.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 24 hours of a ‘Delivered’ status.
